This dry-hoped, gently soured ale spent several weeks aging in used Barbados rum barrels before getting a dose of Sabro, a neo-mexicanus cross pollinated hop varietal. This treasure has been dry-hopped (no bittering hops are added) and soured with lactobacillus, resulting in a rare libation boasting notes of vanilla, coconut and tropical fruit flavours without any actual fruit or spice added.
